⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Honest StaffI had an excellent experience at the Jockey store, Motipura. I accidentally forgot my mobile phone at the store around 9:00 PM. I realized this only after reaching home at about 10:00 PM and immediately returned, but the store was already closed and I did not have any contact number for the staff or owner.With the help of a neighboring shop (FOX Play), I received the contact details of the Jockey franchise owner, Mr. Ketan Shah. He promptly contacted his store manager, who came to the shop and safely returned my mobile phone.This incident truly reflects the honesty, professionalism, and helpful nature of the Jockey staff and management. Special thanks to Mr. Ketan Shah for his quick response and responsible attitude. It is rare to see such genuine customer care these days.Highly recommended store for both products and service.
